Mumbai: Godrej properties would list its scrip in the brouses on Tuesday. The company had entered the capital markets with an initial offering of 9,429,750 shares ina price band of Rs. 490.The IPO was subscribed four times over.The total QIB portion was subscribed 551 percent while the QIB portion (Non Anchor) was subscribed 745 percent The retail portion was subscribed 36 percent.
